Tsukiji Fish Market (Outer Market)

The Tsukiji Outer Market used to house by the actual wholesale fish market but in 2018 the actual market was moved to the Toyosu Fish Market.  You can no longer view the actual bartering at the Tsukiji Market (which happens very early in the morning), but the Tsukiji Outer Market still sells fish that comes directly from the Toyosu Market and still has many excellent sushi shops.  There are many wholesale shops here selling fresh seafood, vegetables and other fresh foods. The Tsukiji Outer Market this is one of the best places in Tokyo to enjoy fresh seafood.
