Marunouchi is one of Japan's most prestigious business districts. Located between Tokyo Station and Imperial Palace it is right outside Tokyo Station wickets and easy to get to.  If walking to the the Imperial Palace from Tokyo Station, Marunouchi will be an area you walk through (if not taking a taxi or train that gets you slightly closer).
